My passion is participating in all forms of exercise as well as promoting healthy lifestyle choices for as many people as possible to get the most out of life because, we only have one and hopefully we can make the most of it! The Team at Green Apple are all amazing people.  It’s much more than just a health and fitness entity.  Together all the Team and the Green Apple clients make up a supportive community. And I’m very happy to be a part of the team, to help clients with whatever necessary.
